How to keep yourself sane during the quarantine (Covid-19)

It's stressful to stay at home, I know, I feel the same way. Think about the positive effects on this. One of those is that you can take time to rest, do shores that previously you didn't have a second to spare with, and you can entertain yourself more, as well. If you're working from home, you probably don't need to put your suit on, every single morning, and you are probably never late. If you have kids, this is the best time to watch them grow. Although, this post is not going to be about changing your mindset, rather, what you can physically do to overcome the 'insanity' that has been going on, on your mind. I want you to get the good out of life. 1. Take care of your self-image and a routine When we stay at home, we quickly get a bit sloppy, don't we? The answer is yes, I know it is. It's very important that you overcome those situations. Whenever you don't look at your best, your subconscious mind will quickly input negative thoughts...

How's Coffee Affecting Your Brain (Pros, Cons, Risks, Nutrition - Q&A)

Do you drink coffee ? It's a widely popular drink. Many people believe that coffee isn't good for your health. In fact, in the past, it was unfairly demonized. It's a major source of antioxidants in the Westerns Worldwide Diet. It's associated with decreased risks of diabetes and liver diseases. Although, there's a remaining question: Does coffee have benefits for your brain? In this post, I'm going to share my personal knowledge allied with science says about it. I can't lie. I drink coffee most of the time. My idea about creating this post was to actually find out if it was good for me, or not. With that, I can help you, and help myself figuring it all out. It was an exciting idea as this morning, after waking up and my morning shower, there it is - my morning coffee . I divided the post into five different 'sectors' by creating amazing lists for you. 7 attitudes that will make you appear more confident in your life (in general)

https://content.thriveglobal.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/bigstock-D-Knob-Confidence-Level.jpg Confidence is something that we must adjust to. The world nowadays is nothing but a brag of confidence. All the things that were created were possibly made out of confidence. You can say to me? But - in my personality - something says that I can't be confident, I just am not confident. Well, you're wrong. I bet that when you are doing something you love, or you have a certain skill that you know how to use well, wether is cooking or nursing, volunteering, you're good at something. It depends from person to person; some people have more reliability in doing something that you still can't do well, but possibly and affirmatively, you can, yes, do something that you're good at. Can come from the most awkward situation to the best - you're good at something. If you don't know what confidence  actually means,   you can search for it in the dictionary (online dicti...

5 Movies That Make You Chill

I love watching movies, and you should know that if you read my last post about it - movies to watch when you're feeling depressed . Whenever I feel down or happy or whatever feeling I'm having, a movie always seemed a good option for me. I actually enjoy watching any kind depending on the mood. Last night I was watching a Pokemon movie, and it was so chill, so I decided to write this blog post about it. Pokemon was always something that I used to enjoy paying attention because of the fantasy, new worlds, and a lot also because of the whole scene about being an explorer. So, if you're in tune with movies, you'll adore this list. Everything is based on my preferences. 1. The Addams Family It's a classic! The Addams Family is one of the best humourist-classic movies from the decades you'll probably get for you to just chill and/or feel a bit creeped out. For those who don't know the movie, it's a story about a family - of course - and within ...

In Case You Need Attention & Self-Love

Man, I've been feeling like wanting attention from any source around me. I've been feeling also creeped out by myself wondering why. The question is: "Do you really want attention or you're just in lack of self-love"? Wanting attention has nothing to do with self-love. Sometimes, we just want attention from a specific person, or we want attention from friends, family, etc. There's nothing wrong with it. If we love somebody, of course, we should want their attention. Although, don't pursue their attention. By pursuing their attention, you get caught in the name of being needy. People don't like needy. I know, Ariana Grande said "it's okay to feel needy", but being needy for someone who doesn't value you, has no worth - 100%. Now, reminding you that you need self-love is something important. Self-love is about releasing your own potential by feeling good, and okay with who you are, what you have, and where you are. It doesn't...

Feel Less Anxious Now

Anxiety is painful. I know! What now? The everyday pressures of life can turn into an anxious messy lifestyle. Perhaps, you developed anxiety as a child. It's possible that your mind is a current state of trouble, and you're always waiting for it to disappear. So many of us are looking for relief. Anxiety comes with sleeping issues, decreased libido, increased hunger or the lack of it, trouble breathing, etc. We can turn up to drugs, and that's not recommended. Treating anxiety with drugs is not the answer. I'm going to show you, effective ways that you can fight anxiety without medication. 1. Talk more, think less I know, old same old, but talking to people is highly effective, especially with friends, or family that you trust. There's something even better than talking which is screaming. If you're dealing with frustrations or things are not going as you planned, you can just scream, talk, but don't think too much. A healthy release of emoti...

How to become more social

If you're reading this post, it means that you're looking for ways to become more social. I've not always been that social myself until nowadays. It took me a while to figure out what it takes to be social, and what is to be social. In the past, I thought that I just didn't like to talk, or that I didn't like to meet other people. That was a lie! I love talking and making new friends everywhere I go. The key was breaking out of my shell. Being in a shell is fine, but if want to break out of it, it's also a nice path to take. It has a lot of advantages (and some disadvantages). If you feel like you struggle to be in conversations because you think you're shy, it can impact your social life and your career. However, you can improve your social skills, that I experimented, and tested, and it worked, and then you'll be able to be in social events with extra confidence. Remember that you don't have to please anyone If you're trying to ...

Movies to watch when you're feeling depressed

Welcome back to another post! Today, I'm going to talk about movies. I absolutely adore movies. I spent all my life watching movies, going to the theatres, and even thought about studying acting and movie production. Movies can come with a lot of emotion, and that's why people are into it. People enjoy a good time watching something that drive their minds away, that creates new emotional patterns for them. Some, just have fun with it. In general, almost everyone loves watching movies. If you work or study, it's even better to distract your mind with powerful and significant movies. When you're fighting the fatigue, anxious thoughts, and feelings of hopelessness - characteristics of depression, sometimes all you want is to get involved in a different scenario, go to bed and watch a movie. Although, there's a situation, that happened to me as well: "What to watch?" Perhaps, you're looking for a movie that allows you to pour you in tears, or y...

10 things successful people do in life

First of all, mental health and physical health are the most important thing about successfulness. While I've been talking about depression over the last two posts, we usually forget that we can achieve successfulness in our lives, as well. Overcoming our fears, conditions, moods, and fatigue while battling over those, we always have to think about the possibility: "What if I can be successful?". For me, it was a good choice that I made. I tried to become successful in everything I could at my darkest times, and that helped me to become better with myself, and with the world. I started by achieving little things, such as going for long walks, riding a bike for some hours, writing more poetry, writing more songs, learning something new, watch something new, finish my meals, go straight out to the university every day, write more books, talk to more people. I challenged myself to become successful in my achievements that seem small to some people, but big to peopl...
